  1. Research still to do:
    1. High priority
      1. Find a chat service that is anonymous and allow for a private/anonymous chat thing on the site.
        1. look at laura's playground, 4chan.org to see what they are using, they succeed rather well at this.
        2. look at Selene's stuff which should be relatively nice.
      2. An anonymous random emailer and how we could get that to work in both emails and the website\
      3. how does the invisible community want to attain resources? what is the best way to lay out the information for both? we need research to inform this.
    2. medium
      1. find a way to put a fast exit button overlayed on top of the sites in both mobile and desktop that doesn't break things. (possibly using the zotabox.
    3. low
      1. Youtube API connection so that we can port in the playlists as a database.

        1. have to finish developing all the basic things for us to do this! lot more to go!
  2. Page Specific:
    1. Headers: (basically done)
    2. Home Page:  (basically done)
      1. create a welcome video for the page

      6. partner with a web anonymity organization if we possibly can:
        1. net neutrality organization possibly?
        2. Firefox is super good at this, maybe they would work?
    6. Weekly digest archive: (done for now)
      1. We need to severely update the constant contact weekly digest archive listing.
        1. can we go with an image based system and drop CTCT?
        2. can we put the dates first in the system and then the names second?  can we put them in a table at all for that matter?
        3. (is it possible to scrap the constant contact archive altogether in favor of images?  I'm not sure that it is given how easy it is to update the CTCT archive in the first place.  this would place a lot of burden on our web-team.
    7. support groups: (in progress - waiting on the system to be developed by Jacob and Selene)
      1. create a video for the support group program
      2. get better images for the program options.

      2. what information should we have on the site for partners? I'[m not sure
      3. how does the invisible community want to attain resources? what is the best way? we need research to inform this.

      3. place a weekly digest subscription button on this blog page and any sub-pages available
    10. TYC Video Archive (not started - waiting on Jacob and selene to create the video archive API)
      1. find a way to get youtube to just publish directly to the website rather then having to just change the video constantly as that didn't exactly work to be honest.
      2. formatting the site:
        1. I would like to have the ability for people to select a "transition" stage for all of TYC's information and then it will serve playlist data for that time.  this i will involve a lot of tagging in YouTube and I'm okay doing that.  still though we have 600 videos to easily make.  as i'm doing this i may as well condense the videos and give them a good manner of information in one.  :l
      3. take the archive off of the navigation menu for the time being as it is not a necessary portion of the site at launch.
      4. Add the trans youth channel logo to a portion of the page and include all of TYC's videos in that.

        5. QR code stickers small enough for pennies and also including basic stickers
        6. bumper stickers that show safe spaces and support for people
        7. We should make QR code stickers that will go on the back of pennies and have a crap ton of them.
    14. Volunteer: (basically done)
      1. write and Include the volunteer handbook if we can.
      2. see if there's a way to capture resumes and other information since weebly is being stingy on this.
      3. Add another additional text sections about making a safe email if you don't have one.
    15. Contact (basically done)
      1. Attach a link to the "making a safe email" info-graphic and have that readily available on the page.
    16. Partner with us (basically finished)

    19. ESCAPE - (Very Done)
    20. Legal contents (waiting - files need to be compiled and written)
      1. Board of director's meeting minutes need to go here but i would prefer an easier way for us to upload these since we can't exactly just show the videos since we will have invisible community members on that if possible.
      2. need to write and fill in content for the terms of use and disclaimers.
      3. need to compile media and attain some information for the media portion of the organization.

        8. doesn't get blocked or otherwise easier to white list for our organizations
        9. very easy to understand and explain
