What being a facilitator means:
Being a Support Group Facilitator can be difficult.
It requires you know how to support a ton of issues minority groups go through, a connection to people that only comes with true empathy, and a rock-solid mental state so you can be there for nine other people.
Still however, without a facilitator's help many people go without the necessary support to go on living. without your help many could become at-risk or homeless because they couldn't get over their hurdles.
We are looking for compassionate, resilient, community members to become community leaders!
